Mission Cantina Mural (Easthampton)

Mission Cantina is an established, authentic Mexican restaurant located in Amherst, MA. They recently opened a second location in Easthampton, MA which is where this mural is located. The composition of the mural is inspired, literally, by their outdoor patio, if it were transported to Mexico. Adobe style buildings, day of the dead, ancient pyramids, ritual sacrifice, the viewer is transported to this Mexican-themed dream world. The mural also contains a version of the Mission food truck which is physically located in the courtyard. If you are sitting at the bar, have a Negra Modelo, or a margarita, look to your left, and be whisked away to a far away land. Salud!
