Previously located in The Hangar Restaurant in Amherst, MA, this food truck was chopped down to fit inside as an amenity for guests. Home of Amherst Brewing, this truck was converted to a cabana bar, where frozen drinks and more were served. With an "Endless Summer" vibe, bright colors, silhouetted palm tress, and a setting sun helps draw the customers attention to the truck, where they can buy a frozen marg or daiquiri.
